We are an independent development studio and we’re quite proud of it. And we’re not talking about financial independence here (at least not in the first place) but much rather a spiritual independence. This mostly means that we aim to do things our own way, no matter what the current ‘trends’ are. And the same approach we expect from all possible applicants for jobs at Nitromsoft.

We have very high expectations. In order to get a job in Nitromsoft you have to be a highly creative person with the ability to express your inner feelings, while at the same time you have to be individually and independently thinking person with their own developed world view. On the other hand, we also offer very high rewards. Nitromsoft doesn’t work like a usual company based on hierarchy, employer to employee relationships, fixed place of work and a regular salary. We work on a project basis, we form different teams for every single project from people all around the world, we work at different places in different countries and finally, we share the full income from the project among all its participants justly, based on the amount of work given to the project.
